UK Orders:
• Local finds (items shipped from our UK-based partners and warehouse) typically arrive within 2–5 working days.
• Global finds (special items sourced from our international suppliers) take 7–14 days, though most reach mainland UK within 7 days.
US Orders:
Estimated delivery in 5–14 working days depending on location, supplier, and customs clearance.

We cover all customs and import duties for US orders.

💸 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $4.99 USD, or free on orders over $50 USD.

Standard shipping is £3.99, or free on orders over £30.
Please note that some of our trusted suppliers set their own shipping rates:
• Tug-E-Nuff charges £3.95 for standard delivery or £5.95 for tracked express.
• Snug n Woof offers free next-day delivery on all their items.
• North East Pets (our Bark and Nike toys supplier) charges £4.95 for standard delivery.
