Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your pet) to be delightedly happy with your order!

🐾 Returns

We currently accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or broken.
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You’ll need to provide a photo of the damage
• Email us at hello@everytail.co.uk with your order number and the issue

We’ll guide you through the next steps from there.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.



📦 Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but if your item arrived damaged, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
