Name: Skye
Age: 2.5 months
Breed: Snow Bengal
Play Personality: Shikar
As the newest addition to our family, Skye is making it clear who runs the show. And as he learns to adjust to our home and Rain as a big brother, we are learning that although he may be an F4 Bengal, the Asian Wild Leopard in him is very much in charge.
Named by our toddler and raised in a whirlwind of toys, cuddles, and the occasional ambush, Skye’s play personality is Shikar through and through —our category for the natural hunters. The ones who stalk, pounce, and make toys from anything that moves (including us).
He’s fiercely playful but also a complete cuddlebug. He can go from scaling the curtains in our bedroom to being curled up on our laps within minutes. Mischievous and loving in equal measure.
We took our time to get to know Skye and the way he chooses to play, so that when we do get toys for him, we know his instincts will be nurtured and stimulated by his toys. And that is exactly why Every Tail exists. And since getting in a bunch of toys for Skye, I have single-handedly saved my curtains and my legs from being targets.
We're not here to just 'sell' you toys and turn a profit. Every Tail serves a purpose for the enrichment of our pets. And for every toy you buy, we will donate a portion of the profit to Mayhew - they go beyond charity, they have built a community for pets, pet owners and pet lovers alike.
So, stick with us. Because like Skye, we're just getting started.
